Volunteer at Garibaldi Park
SSISC has paired up with the Friends of Garibaldi Park to provide a trailhead clean-up and lake hike!
Come learn about invasive species and help cleanup the trail to Garibaldi Lake this July 13th. We hope you’ll stick around afterwards for a cheeky hike to Garibaldi Lake.
WHO: everyone is invited!
WHEN: Saturday, July 13th, 9:30am – 5:00pm (including hike)
WHERE: we’ll meet at the Rubble Creek Trailhead
HOW: no need to be plant nerds or gardening mavens, we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle; we’ll have gardening gloves and trash bags you can use.
If you can’t commit to the whole day, no stress, just pop by for as long as suits you!
